The Heavy Duty lathe Machines are suitable for turning internal or external cylinders, taper and swing surfaces, and different metric, whitwordth, module, and diametric, pitch threads. Theycan be used for broaching oil grooves and keyways.
Main Fethers:
1. The side wall is consist of double rib plates, shapes of internal ribs adopt box and bevel ribs combined. Stable working precision and strong cutting ability.
2. Rapid moving device fitted, which operate by a single level. Spindle rotation and clutch brake control by the hydraulic system
3. The guide line of the saddle adop"TSF" resisting material.
4. Big Spindle Bore sizes can hold with 4"(Dia100mm) bar stick.
5. Working piecs size ranges: 1500-3000mm
